The skort with Stay-Put Stretch™

Zero Chafe. Zero Ride-Up. One Cute Skort.

Get dressed and go — your thighs are handled. The Stay-Put Stretch™ built-in short covers your whole inner thigh and stays exactly where you put it: no riding up, no rolling down, no shapewear squeeze.

  • Forget your thighs exist — first coffee to last call. No balm in the bag, no bathroom re-swipe, no sidewalk shorts-tug.
  • It IS the outfit — patio, market, wedding, trail. One cute thing. On, done.
  • Stay-Put Stretch™ moves with your stride, not against it — so the short can’t ride up or roll down. Holds soft. Never squeezes.
  • One garment, zero gaps — full coverage of the whole rub zone, skirt attached so nothing catches.

The whole idea

Not a slip short you hide under things. This is the outfit.

One cute thing. On, done.

The problem

Chub rub was never about your size. It’s physics.

Skin + skin + motion = friction. Add heat, skin softens. Add sweat, friction multiplies. Friction, heat, moisture — that’s the whole recipe for red, raw, irritating inner-thigh pain. Notice what’s not in it: your size. Marathon runners with thigh gaps chafe too. Your thighs aren’t wrong — they’re just touching, which is a thing thighs do.

So why has everything you’ve tried failed? Because the barrier keeps moving.

Every fix is a barrier between your thighs, and every one has the same flaw: slip shorts ride up, thigh bands roll down, shapewear only stays put by squeezing you all day, balm melts off by noon. A barrier that moves isn’t protection — it’s a countdown.

9:00 a.m.
Shorts in place. Optimism high.
12:07 p.m.
Crept up. Seam parked on raw skin.
How it works

Stay-Put Stretch™: a barrier that can’t move.

Stretch knit and flat waistband detail
01

Stretch that recovers, hold that doesn’t squeeze

Stay-Put Stretch™ knit stretches with every stride and snaps back — it stays put by working with your legs, not strangling them. Wide, soft, flat waistband: no roll, no dig, no marks.

Full coverage, no ride-up walking away
02

Full coverage of the whole rub zone

The short runs the full length of where thighs actually touch — not a strip, not a compromise. Hour 9 looks exactly like hour 1.

One garment, skirt and short built together
03

One garment. Nothing to catch.

Skirt and short are built together at the waist. No separate layer to snag, bunch, or drag out of place — the thing that ruins every slip short just can’t happen here.

That’s it. Not magic — mechanics.

The one that ends it

The wear-test crew has thoughts

They wore the prototypes so you don’t have to wonder.

We’re a new brand, so here’s the honest version: before we let this page exist, women wore Lushforms prototypes through errands, weddings, and heat waves. These are their words. wear-test crew · verified reviews replace these at launch

Wear-tester at a wedding in the skort
★★★★★

“I wore it to an 11-hour wedding — ceremony, cocktails, dance floor. I kept waiting for the shorts to start their usual crawl. They never moved. I checked in the bathroom like it was a magic trick.”

Macro of the Stay-Put Stretch knit
What it’s made of

Every choice earns its place.

  • Stay-Put Stretch™ knit — four-way stretch that recovers instead of creeping.
  • Sweat-wicking, quick-dry — moves moisture off skin before it joins the chafe recipe.
  • Squat-proof opaque — bend, sit, chase, twirl.
  • Wide, flat, no-roll waistband — soft hold, zero dig.
  • Full-coverage inseam — spans the whole rub zone.
  • Real pockets — actual, phone-sized ones.

Exact fabric % and inseam length get published the day they pass sweat-testing — we don’t print numbers we haven’t lived in.

Who it’s for

Made for thighs that clap, not gap.

Three women of different sizes in three skort colours, golden hour

It’s for you if…

You’re raw by noon in June · you own a drawer of slip shorts you resent · you plan outfits around chafe logistics · you’re on your feet — teaching, market-strolling, wedding-dancing, trail-walking, toddler-chasing · you want to put on ONE cute thing and go. Sizes 1X–6X.

It’s not for you if…

You’re shopping for shapewear that reshapes you. We don’t do that — you’re not the wrong shape; your shorts were the wrong design.

7:40 a.m.
Get dressed. One thing. On, done. No under-layer negotiation, no balm in the bag “just in case.”
11:00 a.m.
Farmers’ market, 28°C. You’re thinking about peaches, not your inner thighs.
2:00 p.m.
Patio. The short is exactly where it was at 7:40. You’ve checked once, out of disbelief.
6:00 p.m.
Golden-hour walk home. No re-swipe happened today. None will.
11:00 p.m.
Skort off. No red lines, no raw patches, no waistband dents. Skin that isn’t rubbed all day gets to just be skin.

Day one: no new chafe. Week one: it’s your default. Week four: you’re back for the other colours. (Sorry in advance.)

Roadmap to a handled summer

Four steps, zero chafe.

Pick your colour and size. Our chart starts at your thigh measurement, not just your waist. First exchange ships free.
Give it a real test day. Don’t baby it — pick the wedding, the festival, the 20,000-step day.
Let the guarantee carry the risk. You’ve got 60 worn days. If it moves or lets you chafe, full refund.
Build the rotation. The wear-test crew kept reaching for it midweek — that’s what the 3-pack is for.
Who’s behind this

The authority on chub rub isn’t a lab coat. It’s a left inner thigh in July.

Lushforms wasn’t designed in a boardroom by people who’ve never chafed. It was built in Ontario, on real bodies — mine and the women in this photo — through prototypes, hot bus commutes, and one very sweaty Canada Day. Every “it never moved” in their feedback earned this page.

We named the brand Lushforms on purpose: lush, as in abundant, soft, sun-warm, generous. Forms, as in bodies. Yours included — exactly as it is. Because you deserve to live comfortably in the body you have right now. Not twenty pounds from now. Now.

A few straight answers

Still deciding? Ask us the hard ones.

Will the shorts ride up or roll down?

That’s the exact problem we built this to end. Stay-Put Stretch™ stretches with your stride and recovers, and a soft, wide waistband sits flat instead of digging in. Because the skirt and short are one garment, there’s no separate layer to drag it out of place. Through weeks of wear-testing, “it never moved” was the sentence we heard most.

Is this shapewear? Will it squeeze me?

No. Nothing about you needs compressing. The built-in short holds gently and evenly — enough to stay put, never enough to squeeze, dig, or leave angry waistband marks. You can eat the pasta and breathe at the same time.

Won’t a built-in short be hot in July?

Cooler than what you’re doing now, honestly. Right now it’s a dress plus slip shorts plus balm you reapply in a bathroom stall. This is one breathable, sweat-wicking layer — and moisture is a third of what causes chub rub in the first place.

How short is it? Will the built-in short peek out?

The skirt hits where “cute” and “covered” overlap — easy to sit, bend, and chase a bus in — and the short is cut to stay fully under the hem, not wave hello beneath it. And if a breeze does what breezes do: what’s under there is an opaque short, not a crisis.

Will it actually fit MY thighs?

It was designed on thighs like yours. Sizes 1X–6X, graded all the way to 34, and our size chart starts at your thigh measurement — not just your waist. If your first pick isn’t perfect, your first exchange ships free both ways.

Can I actually be active in it?

Yes. Walk, hike, bike, chase a toddler through a splash pad. It’s opaque through a full squat, wicks sweat, and the short is exactly where it started at kilometre ten.

Why pay $59 when bike shorts are $12?

Because you’ve already bought the $12 shorts — probably three pairs — and they’re the reason you’re reading this. This replaces both the hidden short and the outfit you bought to hide it under. About $2 a wear across a summer. And $59 is the launch price; it’s $79 after this first run.

How do I wash it, and will it last?

Machine wash cold, hang to dry — that’s it. Stay-Put Stretch™ is built to recover its shape wash after wash. Treat it like your favourite thing, because it’s about to be.

How does the Whole-Summer Guarantee actually work?

Wear it for up to 60 days — really wear it, wash it, sweat in it. If it rides up, rolls down, squeezes, or lets you chafe, email us and we refund you in full. Unworn returns are easy for 90 days, and your first size exchange ships free both ways. The risk is ours; the summer is yours.

Last thing

Your thighs have done enough negotiating.

This first run is small, and it’s priced at $59 so saying yes is easy. When it sells through, Lushforms moves to its everyday price of $79 — and if a colour sells out, it’s gone until fall. No countdown clock, no fake stock bar. Small-batch math is the only timer we’ve got.

1 skort $59 · 2 for $99 (save $19) · 3 for $118 (save $59) — the more you live in it, the less each one costs. Discounts apply automatically at checkout.
