Refund policy

60-day returns: If the No-Rub Skort isn't right for you, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

How to start a return: Email info@lushforms.com with your order number. We confirm the return address and instructions within 3 business days. Return shipping is at your expense, except for your first size exchange or if we sent a wrong or defective item.

Refund timing: Once your return is received and inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Free first size exchange: If the size isn't right, your first exchange ships free both ways. Email us your correct size and we arrange it.

Damaged or incorrect items: If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We replace it or refund you in full.
