Measurements are the garment laid flat and relaxed. It gives well past these numbers once it’s on.
How to measure. Waist: around the narrowest part of your waistline. Skirt length: from the top of the waistband straight down to the hem.

Will the shorts ride up or roll down?
That’s the exact problem we built this to end. The fabric stretches with your stride, then snaps back. The wide, soft waistband sits flat instead of digging in. And the skirt and short are one piece. There’s no separate layer to drag it around.
Can I actually train in it?
That is what it is for: gym sessions, tennis, pickleball, long walks, and everything casual around them, with real phone pockets so your hands are free. It is not marathon gear, and we say so happily: casual activewear, built to move.
Two layers in the summer? Is that not hot?
It is cooler than the workarounds. The knit is breathable and moisture wicking, and the skirt hangs with airflow instead of trapping heat the way a tee over leggings or shorts over leggings do. One light garment, air moving under it.
Is this shapewear? Will it squeeze me?
No. Nothing about you needs squeezing in. The built-in short holds gently and evenly. Enough to stay put, never enough to squeeze, dig, or leave angry waistband marks. You can eat the pasta and breathe at the same time.
How short is it? Will the built-in short peek out?

Won’t a built-in short be hot in July?

Will it go see-through after a few washes?
No. The short is opaque by construction, not by fabric tension, so washing does not change it. Machine wash cold and carry on. And the skirt drapes over it anyway: even the layer people see is never stretched tight across you.
Will it actually fit MY thighs?
It was designed on thighs like yours. Sizes S to 4X. The fabric has four-way stretch, so it moves with you. It runs a touch small, so size up if you’re between sizes. If your first pick isn’t perfect, your first exchange ships free both ways.
