Measurements are the garment laid flat and relaxed. It gives well past these numbers once it’s on.
How to measure. Waist: around the narrowest part of your waistline. Skirt length: from the top of the waistband straight down to the hem.

Every choice earns its place.
- Stay-Put Stretch™ fabric. A polyester and elastane blend: highly elastic, breathable, and it snaps back instead of creeping up.
- One light layer. Breathable knit instead of a dress plus slip shorts plus balm.
- Never see-through. Bend, sit, chase, twirl.
- High-rise, wide, no-roll waistband. Sits at your natural waist. Soft hold, zero dig.
- Full-coverage inseam. Spans the whole rub zone.
- Real pockets. Actual, phone-sized ones.
Skirts come with rules.
- the hem-hold
- the pre-sit tuck
- one hand on standby
- the “can I sit there?” math
This one doesn’t.

opened it on the porch like a weirdo. the fabric has real weight to it, not the cheap slippery kind

biked to brunch in it. shorts underneath mean the wind is not my problem anymore

backyard all afternoon in the sun. no thigh situation, no pulling it down every five minutes

worn three days out of five since it showed up. it's the thing i grab off the chair without thinking

tomorrow's outfit sorted in ten seconds. tee, sneakers, done

the waistband doesn't dig or roll. i forgot i was wearing it, which is the whole point

three hours on metal bleachers and it didn't stick or shift. the shorts underneath are doing their job. three stars because the colour i actually wanted is sold out

Still deciding? Ask us the hard ones.
Will the shorts ride up or roll down?
That’s the exact problem we built this to end. The fabric stretches with your stride, then snaps back. The wide, soft waistband sits flat instead of digging in. And the skirt and short are one piece. There’s no separate layer to drag it around.
Can I actually train in it?
That is what it is for: gym sessions, tennis, pickleball, long walks, and everything casual around them, with real phone pockets so your hands are free. It is not marathon gear, and we say so happily: casual activewear, built to move.
Two layers in the summer? Is that not hot?
It is cooler than the workarounds. The knit is breathable and moisture wicking, and the skirt hangs with airflow instead of trapping heat the way a tee over leggings or shorts over leggings do. One light garment, air moving under it.
Is this shapewear? Will it squeeze me?
No. Nothing about you needs squeezing in. The built-in short holds gently and evenly. Enough to stay put, never enough to squeeze, dig, or leave angry waistband marks. You can eat the pasta and breathe at the same time.
How short is it? Will the built-in short peek out?
Cute length, covered length. You get both. You can sit, bend, and chase a bus in it. The built-in short stays fully under the hem. And if a breeze lifts the skirt? All anyone sees is a short. Not see-through, not a big deal.
Won’t a built-in short be hot in July?
Cooler than what you’re doing now, honestly. Right now it’s a dress plus slip shorts plus balm you reapply in a bathroom stall. This is one breathable layer. And sweat is one of the three things that start chafing. Less sweat on skin, less rub.
Will it go see-through after a few washes?
No. The short is opaque by construction, not by fabric tension, so washing does not change it. Machine wash cold and carry on. And the skirt drapes over it anyway: even the layer people see is never stretched tight across you.
Will it actually fit MY thighs?
It was designed on thighs like yours. Sizes S to 4X. The fabric has four-way stretch, so it moves with you. It runs a touch small, so size up if you’re between sizes. If your first pick isn’t perfect, your first exchange ships free both ways.
Why pay $59 CAD when bike shorts are $12?
Because you’ve already bought the $12 shorts. Probably three pairs. And they’re the reason you’re reading this. This one isn’t two purchases. It’s the shorts AND the outfit in one. Wear it twice a week all summer and it costs about $2 a wear. And $59 CAD is the summer price. Come fall, it’s $79 CAD.
Is this only for plus sizes?
Nope. It’s built for every body and every size that wants to look pretty and feel comfortable. Thighs touch on most of us. This just handles it.
We take the risk. You take the summer.
