Shipping policy

Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery: We ship to Canada and the United States. Standard tracked shipping typically arrives within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Occasional carrier delays can add a few days during peak periods. If your order is running late, email us and we will chase it.

Rates: Free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD. A flat rate of $8 CAD applies to orders under $75. The total shown at checkout is the total you pay.

Order changes: Need to fix an address or cancel? Email info@lushforms.com as soon as possible. We can make changes any time before your order is dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels: If your tracking has not moved for 5 business days or your parcel is lost, email info@lushforms.com. We will investigate with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
